There is a consumer product recall on KidConnection 5 Piece Wooden Puzzle Set with Storage Rack. The recalled puzzle sets were sold at Walmart from 2009 to February 2012 and manufactured in China. The item can be identified by UPC 834162002998. 

The Health Hazard Identified as: 

Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has revealed that small parts of this toy may separate. These small components pose a choking hazard to young children.

Neither Walmart Canada nor Health Canada has received any reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of these puzzle sets.
